Conclusion of contract
The tenant is bound to his booking. The landlord will send the tenant the booking confirmation, which represents the rental agreement, immediately after booking. The landlord is entitled to refuse a booking without giving reasons.

Handover of the rental property; Complaints 
The rental property is handed over to the tenant in a clean and contractually agreed condition. If there are any defects upon handover, the tenant must report this to the landlord immediately. Otherwise, the rental property is deemed to have been handed over in perfect condition.

Careful use
The tenant undertakes to use the rental property with care, to comply with the house rules and to show consideration for the other residents and neighbors. In the event of any damage, the landlord must be informed immediately.
Missing or damaged items will be replaced by the landlord and billed to the tenant.

Return of the rental property 
The rental property must be returned on time (departure day by 10 a.m. at the latest) and in good condition, including inventory, i.e. the dishes have been washed and the waste/newspapers/glass has been disposed of. If the handover is not carried out properly, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.

Cancellation conditions
If you withdraw from the contract before the booked date, the following contract amounts will be refunded to you:
Up to 15 days: 50% of the total price
14 - 0 days before arrival and no-show: 0%, there will be no refund.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

House rules
No smoking, no pets allowed.
The Chalet Bergidyll is a wooden house and is therefore relatively noisy. Please be considerate of the other two apartments in the house. We ask you to reduce the noise level, especially after 10 p.m. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Data protection
The landlord is subject to the Swiss Data Protection Act and processes the data in accordance with these regulations.
As an accommodation provider, we are obliged to fill out or have filled out a registration form completely and truthfully for our guests. In addition, the police can access the guests' data in justified cases of checking travel data.
No other personal data will be passed on without your consent.
